The information below is a general guide to applying for a visa to visit China. For further information and to complete an actual visa application, you will need to contact the Chinese Embassy in your own country.

The Chinese Embassy in your country will generally require the following documents in order to process your visa application:
● Your passport, which must be valid for at least six months from the date of departure and must have at least 2 blank pages in the passport for visa processing
● A completed visa application form which must be obtained from your local Chinese embassy
● A recent passport sized photo
● A copy of your travel itinerary or flight booking details
● An invitation letter from the Organiser of China Horse Fair Beijing 2024 and/or China Horse Fair Shanghai 2025. We can issue the invitation letter as soon as we have received your confirmed stand booking and deposit.
