A representative from Qingao Equestrian summed up the feelings of many visitors, “China Horse Fair (CHF) is a great event in the equestrian industry in China. We have visited CHF many times and it is such a good platform for us to learn, collect information, and trade. We gained a lot from CHF 2019 helping us to widen our vision, expand our partner networks, and to compare products before purchasing.”
As in previous years the free-to-attend CHF Forum proved popular as it delivered practical insights from French and Japanese experts into a variety of topics including equine healthcare i.e. veterinary, farriery, dentistry and aromatherapy. It also focused on young rider training with Kim Jiropas from Kiji Consulting who in conjunction with the French Equestrian Association, highlighted the approach and benefits of the French system.

The local trade media were also enthusiastic about this year’s event with JD Horse stating “CHF is the largest, most established and most famous trade platform serving the whole industry chain of professional equestrian sports and leisure riding in China. Every year, there are new breakthroughs. Compared with the previous editions…the all round combination of exhibition, competition and forum creates an international equestrian culture week (Beijing), which is more international, professional and distinctive and also makes the event more interactive.”
